I am a designer working for a logo design companies in Phoenix. We create logos for a lot of corporate and small enterprises.
Once I came across one of our logos being misused by the client. I found he had sold that logo to another company with a similar name. I took this to the notice of my management and legal action was instituted against this person.

There is some difficulty involved if you want an established Book Company Publishing your book, including having to negotiate for royalties and possible loss of editorial control over the contents of the work. A viable alternative for those who don’t want the hassle would be to self-publish or even to publish online, but then the promotional machinery of a recognized publishing house behind your work. In the world of today, despite all the advancements in the internet and culture, having work in printed paper form will lend it a little more legitimacy.
