I am trying to find out more about my rights with regards to my grandchildren. Their parents are really not fit to take care of them, so I would really like to find out more about Grandparents Rights Custody situations. When is it possible to get the court to grant a grandparent custody over the parents? I am wondering whether or not I should hire a legal firm to help me get custody. I am worried about the kids and want to make sure that they are kept happy and safe, and I am not sure this is possible with their parents.

So what is a Marital Separation Agreement? Well, basically it is a written agreement between the two parties concerned which agrees the details about the ending of your marriage relationship. From this point of view, since everything is set out on paper it is less likely for misunderstandings to occur. In addition, according to California divorce law, it can be provided as extra evidence to the court that your relationship ended on a particular date. f course when filing for divorce, under California divorce law as with other states, you need to cite the reason why you want to end your marriage relationship. The California divorce law recognizes two main reasons for this. The first reason for filing for divorce is incurable insanity and the second reason is irreconcilable differences.
