Can you really eat healthy on a cruise ship? The answer to that is absolutely yes. In fact you can actually continue your weight loss program while cruising the high seas. Just because the cruise line serves all this food does not mean you are required to eat it! They do have a midnight buffet granted but that is for those late night party animals that want to stay up all night dancing. I know of several friends that have lost weight because they stuck to their self imposed healthy snack recipies. So absolutely you can lose weight on a cruise ship.
